2012 Junior Nationals
**NOTE: Each year the Regional t-shirts sales have been used to offer National Championship entry fee assistance to our teams which qualify for the National tournament. However, please know that this year, we will no longer be offering this assistance. The shirt profits will be used, instead, to keep our Regional entry fees lower for ALL teams...qualifying and non-qualifying. If your team is in the Qualifying division, and if you should earn a bid to the National Championships, please factor this into your budgeting for this year.
Each year USAV issues bid allocations for the Junior National Championships based on current membership numbers. This year, our Iowa Region has been allocated the following bids to the Junior National Championships:
12U: National 1, American 2--reallocation position 36
13U: National 1, American 2--reallocation position 1
14U-18U: National 1, American 2--reallocation position 16
These bids will be earned at the 2012 Iowa Regional Tournament in March.
Girls' Junior Nationals Championships (GJNC) will be held in Columbus, Ohio, June 28 - July 7 at the Greater Columbus Convention Center.
Boys' Junior National Championship (BJNC) will be held in Dallas, Texas, July 1-8 at the Dallas Cenvention Center. Iowa Region National Results

2012 Regionals Registration Information
The Iowa Region & NetLynx Sports are teaming up to run the 2012 Junior Regionals.

DATES
March 17&18: 15u NQ/Q, 16u NQ/Q, 17u NQ/Q, 18u NQ/Q
March 24&25: 14u NQ/Q, 13u NQ/Q, 12u NQ/Q, 11u NQ, 10u NQ (if not enough 10u teams, they will play with 11u).
- Non-Qualifying divisions are for AGE and GRADE teams.
- Qualifying division are for AGE teams ONLY.
COST
- Non-Qualifying divisions: $365/team
- Qualifying divisions: $445/team + $450 deposit (Note on the Qualifying Deposit: The deposit of $450 per team must be sent to the Regional Office aside from the online registration through AES. This deposit will be applied toward the Nationals entry fee for teams which Qualify, and will be returned to teams which do not. Teams which earn a Nationals bid but do not take it will not be refunded their deposit. Regional Office address is: 4600 Park Avenue, Suite 201, Des Moines IA 50321)
SIGN-UP INFORMATION
- Teams must enter by Feb. 15, 2012. Late entries will be accepted until March 1, with a $50 late entry fee. Teams that drop after March 1 will not receive a refund.
- Teams sign up using Advanced Event Systems (AES). You first have to register your club on AES, and then enter your teams into the Iowa Jr. Regionals event.
- You are not able to put your waivered players or junior assistant coaches on to rosters on AES. Iowa Region staff will ensure they are put on teams prior to the tournament.
