Ref/Score Clinics - How To's
Confused over Webpoint vs. USA Volleyball Academy (CourseMill)? Perhaps this example will help: think of Webpoint as the registrars office--where you go to sign up to take a class. Then, think of CourseMill as your actual school/classroom. Remember the "CourseMill/classroom" sometimes has limited seats, so if you don't get in right away, perhaps the classroom is full for now. And, if you show up for class and you're not registered...that won't work.
You may stop and continue as many times as you wish. If you need to take a break or come back another time just log out of your account. Once you log back in you may start from where you finished!
Q.How long will this take?
A. Depends. Most modules have a pre-quiz at the beginning. If you pass the pre-quiz you will be able to skip to the final slide of the clinic! If you know your stuff you could finish your Ref modules in less than 15 minutes! If you fail the quiz you will have to watch the entire module to receive credit. Scoring modules will take about the same length but each clinic shouldn't last more than an hour if you need to review.
Q. Can we take this as a family?
A. YES! Log into one of your accounts, complete the clinics, then email [email protected]
or [email protected]
with the family members names and we will credit all accounts.
Q. Can my team take it together?
A. NO! Each individual must take the courses on their own (unless they are family members).
Q. What if I want to work as a referee? Do these clinics count?
A. No, our paid referees go through more advanced clinics. BUT that is awesome that you want to become a better official! If you want to get your certification and work as a paid official please contact me at [email protected]

Q. My clinic isn't working right, what do I do?
A. Don't Panic! Just email [email protected]
with the issue so I can look into it. Don't spend hours trying to see if it'll be magically fixed. Just let me know.
Q. Is there anything I can try to fix?
A. Log out, delete your cookies and history from your browser, close the browser, restart the browser, log back in, and see it that works. Also, make sure you have the latest update of Adobe Flash Player
