ENTERING A TOURNAMENT
Step 1:
- Use the Tournament Entry Form, or a roster from the online membership.
Step 2:
- Check the calendar for all updates and select desired events.
Step 3:
- Make a team roster on the online membership. (The team roster does not need to have all the players listed at this time. You may add players to the roster and bring a current roster to the event.)
- Print the event date date, event site and division you want on the top of the roster.
- List the Check # and amount you are paying. Write 1 check for EACH team in EACH event.
Step 4:
- Go to the Junior Tournament Contact Page and find the address of each tournament director and address the envelope.
- Make sure you included Team App, Event Date, Playing Division, and Check.
- Make sure you included your contact information: cell phone, day phone, email, and address.
Step 5:
- Put in the Mail.
- If the Tournament Director has not contacted you within a week or so, send an email to verify if your entry has arrived and to check on the status of your entry.
