If you are a Coach, an Assistant Coach, a Team Rep, or Club Director
You will need your driver’s license number in order to register on line this season. Your signed Coach's Code of Ethics form and signed Background Screening form (every other year) should be turned in to your club director, who sends them to the Region Office. New coaches, team reps, and directors must also have completed the online Background Screening check (good for 2 years). Note: The background screening process can not begin until your signed form and membership fee are in the Regional Office. Junior Age Assistant Coaches that are 18 years old or will turn 18 years of age during the season will need to do the background screening process.

IMPACT Certification (Coaching Certification)
It is now required that all coaches for every USAV juniors team be IMPACT Certified. This requirement was voted in to help cover liability issues for the Regions, Junior Clubs, Junior Teams and Junior Coaches. High school coaching certifications will not be accepted to fulfill this requirement. Coaches must attend an IMPACT Clinic or be CAP I or CAP II certified to meet this requirement. If you have attended an IMPACT clinic in past years this will meet the requirement. All Junior Coaches need to be IMPACT certified by February 15th.
